Parinaz Aga is a practicing Psychological Counsellor with over a decade of experience, working with both adults and young people across diverse age groups. She offers a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space for individuals to explore challenges that arise at different stages of life.
Her approach is rooted in empathy and evidence-based practices, with a focus on helping clients develop resilience, clarity, and a deeper connection to their authentic selves. Parinaz conducts one-on-one counselling sessions for clients in India and internationally, available both online and in person.
