We conduct a test where we break down your gut microbiome into its components by a simple non-invasive stool test and separate the ‘good' bacteria from the ‘bad' bacteria in your microbiome.

Using our proprietary reporting software and global testing standards, we give you a thorough analysis on your gut bacteria. This helps you identify the good bacteria and the bad bacteria, helping us customise an optimal gut health plan for you.

Our gut health doctor will then consult with you one on one over a video call and take you through the findings of the report and the next course of action.

Based on this test we also list out food items that can be beneficial to the bad bacteria and/or cause detrimental effects to you. We plan out a diet which keeps all the identified foods out or down to a minimum.
