Ujjwala Baxi

Ujjwala Baxi is an accomplished Dietitian with over a decade of experience in clinical nutrition, sports nutrition, and community wellness across India and Singapore. A graduate of IHM Mumbai and Delhi University, she has won multiple national cookery and nutrition awards, including 1st Prize in Tarla Dalal’s Cookery Contest.

Her career includes roles as Chief Dietitian at K.J. Somaiya Hospital, where she led nutrition care for a 500-bed facility, introduced blenderized enteral feeds, and developed specialized diets for autistic children. As a Research Dietitian at B.Y.L. Nair Hospital, she contributed to key studies on obesity and diabetes. Ujjwala is the founder of Poshan – Cure Thru Diet and BLOOM, a wellness e-magazine, and serves as a Singapore Health Promotion Board Ambassador. Her expertise spans medical nutrition therapy, sports nutrition, and preventive health, supported by strong professional affiliations in India and Singapore.
