Biographical Summary

Dr. Johann is a highly experienced Endocrinologist and Diabetologist practicing in the western suburbs of Mumbai. He began his medical journey in 2009, completing his MBBS, followed by a post-graduate DNB in Internal Medicine and a DM in Endocrinology, where he earned a gold medal. Dr. Johann completed his residency in medicine at one of the largest multi-speciality hospitals in Pune for 3 years, as required by the National Board. He also worked as a Consultant Physician at Shatabdi Hospital, Kandivali (West) from October 2018 to April 2019, managing daily rounds and outpatient consultations for around 80-90 patients daily. He received 3 years of full-time training as a Senior Resident in Endocrinology at Andhra Medical College.

Since October 2022, Dr. Johann has been a Consultant Endocrinologist at Holy Family Hospital (Bandra West), Seven Hills Hospital (Andheri East), and Gokuldham Medical Centre (Goregaon East). He has been associated with Nuhealth, Nariman Point, since August 2023 as a Consultant Endocrinologist. He also serves as a Visiting Consultant at Suchak Hospital (Malad East), SRV Hospitals (Goregaon West), and Cardinal Gracias Hospital (Vasai West). He is a recognized speaker at various state and national conferences, delivering lectures on topics like Osteoporosis and Growth Hormone Therapy. Additionally, Dr. Johann has authored a chapter on Diabetic Foot in the *Textbook of Diabetes in Practice*.

Dr. Johann’s expertise spans a wide range of endocrine disorders, including diabetes, thyroid issues, obesity, hypertension, and more. His passion for endocrinology began during his MBBS years, where he noticed a gap in the management of hormonal imbalances, which he seeks to address through qualified care and therapy.
